Above rates include complimentary bicycles with baskets, and use of gas grills as well as a welcome drink.

Prices are subject to change and are based on availability in accordance with current Terms and Conditions and do not include a 9% government hotel tax.  White Sands Cove Resort does NOT charge an additional service fee or gratuity charge as do many other resorts on the island.  A charge of $25.00 per person will be automatically added to your accommodation charges for round trip transfers from the San Pedro Airport or San Pedro ferry terminal.  This airport transfer includes private land taxi service from the local air strip or ferry terminal in San Pedro to the grocery store and then to a private water taxi to White Sands Cove Resort, and private water and land taxi service from White Sands Cove Resort to the San Pedro Airport or ferry terminal on the day of departure.  Children 7 and under are free.

Ocean Front condos are directly on the beach, just 15 steps from the water’s edge.
Poolside condos are one and two buildings back from the water’s edge (about 100 steps from the Sea) and provide excellent panoramic views of the Caribbean and the resort’s private pool and dock.
Garden/Lagoon condos are three buildings back from the water’s edge and provide a lot of privacy. These rooms offer the best of both worlds with views of the Caribbean and the San Pedro Lagoon and are favorites of our bird watching guests who often have the opportunity to see some of the over 200 species of endangered birds indigenous to Belize.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.
2. A deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The balance is due in full 30 days prior to date of occupancy or immediately if the reservation is made within 30 days of the occupancy date.
3. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard.  Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Discover.
4. An additional charge of $25 USD per person will be added to each bill for airport transfers.  This transfer includes roundtrip land and water taxi from and to the San Pedro Airport, as well as a stop at the local grocery store.  Children 7 and under are free.
5. Prices are based on double occupancy for each bedroom. One additional occupant is allowed per unit at a charge of $25 USD extra per night. Children 12 and under are free.
6. All units have futons in the living room that fold down to full-size beds for additional occupants, however, please note that bathrooms can only be accessed through bedrooms.
7. A government hotel tax of 9% is not included in our nightly rates and will be added on to your accommodations total.  Hotel tax is included in our packages.
8. White Sands Cove Resort does NOT charge an additional service fee or gratuity charge.
9. White Sands Cove Resort reserves the right to change room locations, within the same location category, or to provide a free upgrade in order to accommodate additional reservations.
10. Cancellation Policy: White Sands Cove Resort requires at least 30 days notice in order to issue a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after 29 days prior to arrival date will not be refunded.
11. Credit cards will be charged in Belize dollars and exchange rates do fluctuate. Your credit card company may bill you for an additional charge. For example, Visa International charges 1% of the total amount of the charge. Your local bank may also add a service charge and/or a charge for the currency exchange.
12. Group Policy: White Sands Cove Resort will customize group packages upon request. Please inquire about group packages and special rates via email at info@whitesandscove.com. Non-refundable deposits for large groups may be required further in advance than normal reservations.
