Swedish Massage
Enjoy the long, gliding strokes of a rhythmic massage as both mind and body are balanced. Your therapist will customize this treatment with various massage therapies and pressure to suit your individual needs. You may choose aromatherapy or non-scented oils.  (60 and 90 minute)

Deep Tissue Massage
Full-body massage features area-specific deep tissue techniques. Alleviates muscle tension and restores flexibility.  (60 and 90 minute)

Hot Stone Massage
A combination of hot and cool stones are placed along the body's merdians and are used throughout the massage to knead and soothe sore, fatigued muscles. The heat and energy from the hot stones release deep muscle tension and calm nerves, while the cool stones release inflammation and provide clarity of mind.  The combination of these two powerful healing tools will relax the body and refresh the spirit.  (60 minutes)

European Facial
This replenishing facial softens and rescues skin from environmental damage. An anti-aging treatment using 100% organic, botanical products. Good for all skin types.  (60 minute)

Seaweed Wrap
Detoxify and remineralize skin with nutrients from marine algae. A dry body brushing exfoliates skin, allowing for full mineral absorption. It's followed by a warm envelopment that reduces tension while eliminating impurities. Later, a hydrating lotion is applied, leaving skin purified, soft, silky.  (60 minute)

Sedona Mud Wrap
If mud is your choice rather than seaweed, try our adobe colored mud wrap from the mysterious land of Sedona that will purify, hydrate and soothe your skin with the protein rich Sedona mud.  (60 minute)
